Use this link to Google Maps - http://g.co/maps/5hf57 - for the location of the garage. You can click on "Directions" on the left hand side to obtain directions from your starting location.
If your event has been arranged by the University Career Center, an email with logistics will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to your event.

The University Career Center & The President's Promise is located on the third floor of Hornbake Library, on the South Wing. This campus map shows the location of both Regents Drive Garage and Hornbake Library. Only the South Wing allows access to the University Career Center, there is no access via the North Wing (main library). Please see picture below for the correct entrance.
UMD is located minutes from the College Park Metro Station on the Green line. To get to the University Career Center follow the instructions below.
Exit the metro to the temporary bus stops by the FDA's Center for Food Safety building.
Take the 104 College Park shuttle to campus. The shuttle is free to the public.
At the Regents Drive Garage stop (marked as Department of Transportation Services on the map linked above), exit the bus.
Enter the garage and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor.
On the third floor of the south side of the garage, there is a walkway over the street. Cross that walkway and proceed to your right, around the building immediately in front of you. This will lead you to Hornbake Plaza.
Keep walking straight ahead. Hornbake Library will be on your left, with a bronze statue of Frederick Douglass outside of it (in the Plaza).
We are located in the south wing/classroom side of the building, so walk past the main entrance of the library (which is under the columns) and enter through the single set of white double doors on your left indicating “South Wing." Please see photo of Hornbake Library above for guidance.
Traveling by Taxi/Rideshare service:
If travelling by taxi or rideshare service, the Center's street address is 4130 Campus Drive, College Park, MD 20742. Please see the picture of the building above, which highlights the entrance you should use to enter (as not all building entrances provide access to our Center).
If you would like to order lunch for your interviewers, or food for an event, Dining Services can provide a wide range of options, from sandwiches, salads and sweet treats to Sbarro, Subway, Chick-fil-A and other campus favorites. Please note, for delivery, you must order by 9:30a.m. the day BEFORE your interview day/event.
The Center is within easy walking distance of a number of food outlets, and you can also order food from off-campus if desired. This document provides a map of walkable on-campus food locations, as well as contact information for local restaurants. Please see this page for a list of vendors in the Student Union food court. The food court gets very busy between noon - 1.30pm, so you may wish to schedule your interview times with that in mind.
