What is the Maryland Metropolitan Education Expo 2018?
The Maryland Metropolitan Education Expo 2018 is a one day recruiting event that offers talented students in the field of education to network and interview with school systems. Last year, 48 school systems and organizations attended the Expo, with representation from most Maryland counties as well as the District of Columbia, Virginia, and surrounding states.

MMEE is comprised of two parts:

Career Fair (9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.)
The Expo begins with an opportunity for students to meet and network with school recruiters to learn more about school systems and organizations.

On-Site Interviews (1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.)
The Expo provides students the opportunity to interview with school systems and organizations for teacher and specialty anticipated vacancies. All University of Maryland students are able to apply and schedule interviews online prior to the event by using Careers4Terps. Any remaining interview times are made available to interested candidates (both University of Maryland and other participating students) on the day of the Expo.
