FAIR SPONSORSHIP
Interested in becoming a 2019 Fall Career & Internship Fair sponsor?

Select one of the sponsorship levels during the career fair registration process and contact Kelley Bishop at ucc-recruiting@umd.edu or 301.314.7239, to complete sponsorship forms.

SHIPPING FAIR MATERIALS:
The shipping of booth materials will be handled by Advantage Expo and Tradeshow. Employers desiring to ship materials to the fair should contact Advantage, no later than Monday, September 2, 2019 to schedule pickup and delivery. Please do not ship directly to Adele H. Stamp Student Union or the career center. If you would like Advantage Expo to ship your materials back to your organization following the fair, you can leave them at your booth with the completed Advantage shipping form.

The shipping kit provides a comprehensive overview of the shipping timelines and rates, as well as options to upgrade your booth:

A representative from Advantage will be available to assist you with any shipping questions at 4:00 p.m.

UPS is also onsite to assist with your shipping needs.

Booth Materials Drop-Off:

We HIGHLY recommend unloading materials before parking your vehicle, given the walk from the garage to the event location. Materials may be dropped off with our student volunteers at the Stamp Student Union prior to making your way to the parking garage. There will be signs and a parking attendant to guide you.

PARKING:

Parking will be located in the Regents Drive Garage (RDG).

Given the anticipated Purple Line construction, parking on campus will be very limited. PLEASE take time to read the options available to employers attending the career fair.

If taking Uber or Lyft to campus is a possibility, we encourage such. You can use Adele H. Stamp Student Union (3972 Campus Dr.) as your drop office address.
Campus is accessible off of the Metro. Take the Green line to the College Park Metro Station. The campus shuttle 104 loops from the metro station to campus.
If driving to campus, we highly recommend arriving early and trying to carpool with others from your organization to limit the number of cars.

Additional instructions will be provided to all registered employers closer to the event date. PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a parking pass in advance. You will receive a parking permit upon entry to the Regents Drive Garage.

DIRECTIONS to CAMPUS and HOTEL INFORMATION
Local hotel information is also available.

  • A parking attendant will greet you at the entrance of the garage. Once inside the garage, follow the signs to the Visitors parking on the roof level.  Ensure your parking permit is visible on the dash.

Directions from Regents Garage back to the Career Fair in the Stamp Student Union

Once parked in a numbered space on the Visitors (Roof) level of Regents Drive, take the elevator or stairs down to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. We highly recommend using the Southwest elevator, if possible. Once on the 3rd floor of the garage, take the walkway/bridge(nearest section 3-4) over the road and towards Hornbake Plaza.

Make the first right off of the bridge and follow the sidewalk to the back entrance of Stamp Student Union. (You will pass the BioPsychology building on your right and enter through doors right off a back-parking lot).

You will enter the Stamp Student Union on the Sub-basement (SB) level, use the elevators on the left or the stairs (straight ahead) to make your way up to the First 1st floor.

Once off the elevator follow the hallway and the doors for the Grand Ballroom will be on your left. There will be student volunteers on hand to escort you to your booth.

We will have designated signage and balloons along the route to help you navigate to the Stamp Student Union.

Representatives will be on hand to show you to your booth.
