  • Danielle Harlan Ph.D. ’03, Founder & CEO of the Center for Advancing Leadership and Human Potential

So, too however, is the ability to realize that even the most skillful and seasoned leaders have weaknesses. No matter what their role or position, the best leaders know how to build teams that complement their strengths and fill otheir gaps.
  • Drawing on her bestselling leadership book, The New Alpha: Join the Rising Movement of Influencers and Changemakers Who are Redefining Leadership, in this interactive and reflective workshop, Danielle Harlan, PhD (GVPT/BMGT '03) will walk you through the process of defining your personal leadership identity – the particular combination of values, strengths, and skills that make you unique - and show you how to identify the team members that will best complement you.
