Location: This two-and-a-half-day workshop will begin with a global, virtual half-day session, followed by a two-day, in-person event in March.

In this workshop you will:
- Develop your technical and leadership skills through various training sessions
- Engage with representatives across all levels and build your network
- Participate in panel discussions with junior bankers and leadership
- Hear from our senior leaders about PWP’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion journey
- Participants will be invited to interview early for our 2024 Advisory Summer Analyst Program in our U.S. offices: New York, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco.
Eligibility: Undergraduate students who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, and/or LGBTQ+ graduating between December 2024 – July 2025
