The Administrative Fellowship program is designed to help guide top graduate students into leadership positions through intensive training that combines system-wide exposure to the major functional areas within Ochsner. Our program offers classroom learning, executive shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, a wide range of intensive project work and a multitude of professional leadership development modules.
