Your first job after graduation won't just require a degree; it will require the ability to lead alongside AI. As workplaces rapidly integrate automation, the real question isn't if AI will change your career—it's how you will use it to stand out.
Join us for a high-impact virtual panel designed to help UMD students across all majors understand how AI will reshape the job market over the next few years. Our expert panelists, each with a unique perspective based on their industry and experience, will discuss how "entry-level" work is evolving, what “human skills” are critical in working alongside AI, how to develop these skills and showcase them to employers.
Students at all levels and across majors will walk away with actionable advice on how to use AI as a tool to boost their career rather than feeling replaced by it, ensuring they are an AI-Ready candidate for internships and jobs.
