There is programming for everyone -- across career sectors, levels, affinities, industries as well as by UMD schools and colleges. We even have something for our members.

• The top two mistakes alumna and Career Coach Alejandra Hernandez ‘14 sees in her work are when people skip the career clarity and self awareness process and remain stuck through analysis paralysis. These two factors are how an individual winds up in the cycle of “just okay” jobs, going from one job to the next hoping it’ll get better, and finding yourself continuously frustrated or unhappy at work. Join this workshop to actively shift OUT of this vicious cycle. Attendees will learn what your individual values are, how to uncover them and use them in your career pivot to make sure you create a thriving and long lasting career and life.
