Career Conversations: Pitching Your Major to Employers

3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Infographic promotion for the career conversation series workshop.
This workshop will help you make the most of your experience at the Fall Career & Internship Fair.

Location: University Career Center, 3100 Hornbake Library South Wing

The Career Conversations Series aims to help CMNS students in Earth, space, life, and physical science majors develop the skills they need to advance their career development. The first event in the series, Pitching Your Major to Employers, will help you make the most of your experience at the Fall Career & Internship Fair.

The UCC@CMNS team will provide you with the tools to network confidently with employers at the fair. We'll start with a short presentation about the elevator pitch and tips to perfect it.

You can practice your pitch and ask questions as well. Please note this event is designed to support students in the College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences. While all majors are welcome, CMNS students are most likely to find it helpful!
