Doctoral Career Pathways Conference 2023

Location: Virtual & In-Person

This event brings together alumni, current doctoral students, and postdocs to:

• Learn about the wide variety of career paths available to those with doctoral degrees
• Gain knowledge about the work alumni do and the skills necessary for success in their chosen career path and industry
• Allow alumni to speak about opportunities at their organization
• Create an opportunity for networking and advice sharing among all attendees

This year, in addition to our in-person conference-day event Friday, May 5th, we are offering four more events on Wednesday and Thursday for those who are unable to join us in person to mingle and learn. 

• Wednesday and Thursday will have events held both in-person and via Zoom, May 3 - 4 from 12:00 - 3:15 PM
• Friday's in-person events will be held at Stamp Student Union, May 5th from 9:00 - 3:00 PM, with a happy hour from 4:30 - 6:30 PM

Registrants can attend all or part of the conference as their schedules permit. 

To help students feel more prepared and take full advantage of this conference, we are also offering an in person pre-conference workshop led by Dr. Yi Hao, Program Director for Career and Professional Development at the Graduate School on Tuesday, April 25.
