Kennedy Center Theater for Young Audiences develops, presents, produces, and tours new work for young people. We hire for a number of early career positions on our productions, including interns, design assistants, production assistants, assistant directors, and other assistants to creative team members. We also do a virtual Open Call audition series, where we have the opportunity to meet and hear from actors who are new to us. Dates for the 2022 Open Calls will be announced soon.
