Your Career in the Localization Industry

Are you fascinated by languages? Do you want to work on a global team? Do you want to start your career in a continually growing sector? Even if you have never heard of it, localization is a massive industry and a great place to begin a career. Localization allows companies to expand to a wider audience around the world. In this presentation, Welocalize will go through what localization is and what kind of careers it can offer. Come prepared with any questions or doubts, and we’d be happy to answer them!  

Mike Presiado is the Manager of the Early Career Program at Welocalize. Before this position, he spent eight years working in the Admissions department of IE University. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Art History and in 2020 completed an MBA at IE Business School. He currently resides in Madrid, Spain.
