Cato senior fellow Justin Logan leads a conversation with defense and foreign policy research fellows Doug Bandow and Ted Galen Carpenter.

As Russia’s war in Ukraine continues, persistent conflict in that country seems increasingly unavoidable. Join Cato’s defense and foreign policy experts as they review the course of events that led to this point, assess possible prescriptions for a diplomatic resolution, and weigh in on the broader ramifications of Russo-Ukrainian war.
