- Meredith Masse '91, Management Consultant, Blue Beyond Consulting
- For more than 15 years, Meredith Masse ('91) has helped people on both sides of the interview desk ask better questions to ensure a great new-hire fit. While you shouldn't scrap the typical "So, tell me about yourself." or "What's your greatest strength?" inquiries, there is a more effective way to ensure you're narrowing your applicant list to those individuals who are ready for the role. In this high-energy and practical workshop, Meredith walks participants through pragmatic steps for building behavior-based interview questions that human resources professionals and hiring managers can use for hiring the best candidate for any job opening.
