Join us for an evening of inspiration and reflection as our esteemed panel, composed of current residents, fellows, staff, and alumni, share their insights on navigating the educational landscape as Black women. From discussions on balancing the demands of teaching with self-care to exploring the complexities of identity in the workplace, our panelists will delve into a range of topics centered on Black Women Educators.
After the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to engage further by participating in self-chosen breakout rooms. These intimate discussions offer a space for attendees to delve deeper into specific topics, exchange experiences, and forge connections with fellow leaders, educators, and aspiring changemakers.
