At Freedom Mortgage, we value growth and development. For the last seven years, we have operated our “First Flyer” program, focused around hiring and training college graduates so you can earn while you learn.
The First Flyer program is a full-time position. This development program is a combination of classroom and live sales training, designed to successfully onboard graduates into an entry-level position. Our goal is to give First Flyers an understanding of the mortgage industry in a fun, engaging and hands-on environment.
