Location: Virtual Event

Our SMBC Reality Series is a sequence of virtual events where you will have the unique opportunity to join open and honest conversations with diverse leaders at our firm. The discussions will shine a light on the challenges these individuals have faced around diversity in the workplace and how they’ve overcome these difficult moments throughout their careers.

By joining us at these sessions, you will learn directly from leaders in financial services about how you can bring your true self to work every day. Each session will cover equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace followed by an open-forum Q&A where participants can address questions to our panelists.

We invite students to meet our UNIQUE enterprise resource group virtually from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET on March 14.

UNIQUE’s Mission: UNIQUE focuses on promoting a greater understanding and acceptance of mental health challenges, neurodiversity, and visible and invisible disabilities through resources, education, and advocacy.

You are welcome to attend as many of the SMBC Reality Series sessions as you like. Find additional details for each session on our events central page.
