Two Ways to Get One-on-One Assistance: Drop-Ins & Appointments
Drop-Ins with an undergraduate Peer Career Educator
Mondays-Fridays | 1-3:30pm | University Career Center (3100 Hornbake Library, S Wing)
**Drop-ins will resume on Monday, January 30, 2023 for the spring semester.**
Students can drop-in to the University Career Center for a quick, 15-minute conversation with an undergraduate Peer Career Educator (PCE). Work with a PCE on the following:
- Resume and cover letter reviews
- Basic job/internship search strategies
- Careers4Terps best practices and resources
- Basic networking strategies (LinkedIn, Terrapins Connect)
- Interview preparation
Peer Career Educators support undergraduate students of all majors. Graduate students are encouraged to schedule a 30-minute career advising appointment. Drop-ins will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and it is not guaranteed you can be seen if drop-ins are especially busy that day.
