The Campus Interview Program connects organizations and students for virtual or on-site interviews. Each academic year, multiple organizations conduct interviews for full-time entry-level positions and internship opportunities.

Preparing for Interviews

Make the connection

To prepare for an interview, spend some time researching the employer and thinking about your past experiences that best demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities relevant to the job. The more information you collect, the easier it will be to connect your background directly to their needs.

What’s the best way to get your cover letter noticed? Personalize it. Employers can tell when a cover letter is generic; always avoid sending in generic application materials.

Whether you are just starting a resume or looking to enhance your current draft, the following sample resumes can help. Keep in mind your resume should reflect your unique experiences and be tailored to each position you apply for!

If you are still using a high school resume, you will likely need to make some significant edits. We suggest removing high school experience by your second year in college.

You have likely acquired technical and teamwork skills, along with a proven ability to handle responsibility, and these are specific attributes that organizations seek in candidates they recruit.
